SOUL PRIVATE COLLECTION

INTOSOL offers boutique luxury hotels and villas through its SOUL Private Collection. This side of the business is key to the Company’s sustainable success and long-term growth strategy. The Collection is a blend of leased, managed and owned properties with the aim being to increase the number of owned properties in the portfolio.

The Company leases and manages Penthouse on Beach; SOUL Llandudno; SOUL Rainbow’s End and SOUL on the Heads (all in South Africa). Oceans Wilderness, a boutique, high-end boutique hotel in the garden route in South Africa will be the Collection’s first fully owned property and is already having a positive impact on the Company’s performance. The property is a high-end boutique beach hotel with nine rooms and suites. Oceans Wilderness already has an excellent reputation in the industry and in the last peak season, utilisation rates of more than 80% were achieved. The property represents a model for future acquisitions with the intention being to build a portfolio that provides increased revenue and asset backing for the business.

The Company also owns a site to build the Leadwood Safari Lodge in the Leadwood Big Game Estate, one of the premier locations globally to see the Big Five in the wild.
