SOUL PRIVATE VILLA COLLECTION WITH TOP HOTELS SERVICES
With the opening of the Soul Private Villa Collection the entry into the hotel management and marketing sector took place in 2010.
What was originally conceived as a refinancing facility for sales trainees is now one of the most important building blocks for INTOSOL´s sustainable business success.
In 2011, INTOSOL opened its first villa with the “Santa Maria Beach House” at Bloubergstrand in Cape Town.
The absolutely fantastic location of the hotel directly on the Atlantic Ocean with incredible views of cape Town and the Table mountain is unique in cape Town.
The basic prerequisites for a success concept were created. In addition, there was a powerful service, which also satisfied the most pampered guests.
From the outset, due to the small size of the houses and the personal and loving service, the goal was to create a contrast to the usual city and beach hotels, thus meeting the philosophy of INTOSOL – caring for guests with the highest standards of attention and personal service.
It was tremendous success and led to the fact that already 2012 further parts of the Santa Maria complex could be taken over.
After the success in Cape Town, it was obviously desirable to cover another major South African tourist region: the famous garden route, which is integrated into almost every South Africa trip. INTOSOL was responsible for this in 2013 with the opening of the edge House no. 6: in one of the most exclusive golf estates in the country, the luxury designed house nestles on the slopes amid breath-taking nature.
The exclusive Retreat on Cliff was added in 2014 in the super exclusive cove retreat, which forms part of the famous Pezula Golf Estate, one almost has the impression of playing the lead role in a James Bond film.
On the cliff, at 65 meters above sea level, this is one of the most spectacular lodgings in South Africa. in 2015, the high-end villa “retreat on Hove” followed in the exclusive cape Town beachfront, camps Bay. many of the windows offer a view of the famous lions head. From the upper rooms one can watch the Table mountain cable car enter into the mountain station, while the ocean shimmers in azure blue below. a pool with underwater windows, a private cinema and private spa complete the offer.
With the Penthouse on Beach, Soul Private Collection was able to secure the highest penthouse in the Western cape in December 2015. The Penthouse is one of the most spectacular living areas in cape Town with is truly phenomenal view.
The goal has always been to offer something special. From the outset, therefore, a lot of work has been invested in the research and tracking of extraordinary accommodation locations.
The size of the villas is varied but limited to a maximum of 3 – 12 rooms so that each guest can be cared for individually. On request, an exclusive booking is also possible for a whole villa, (inclusive or exclusive of staff as desired).
Thus, the concept corresponds closely to current trends moving from large, impersonal hotels to small boutique houses with individual service.
While the villas of the collection were initially primarily rental properties, Soul Private Collection has been able to build up deep know-how in the field of management and international marketing of small hotels over the last six years.
It is becoming recognized in the industry that owners of high-quality villas can now cooperate with Soul Private Collection and manage their luxury real estate through Soul Private Collection.
Depending on the property, location and tenant, management contracts with a term of five to ten years are executed.
For the owner of the property a very profitable situation is also created. in most cases it is a holiday property that is not used by the owner for most of the year or is an investment property.
The owner can take this unused capacity and generate attractive income and profits through Soul Private Collection “profit-share” approach. At the same time they can be confident that the property’s standards and cleanliness are being maintained at top level, as Soul Private Collection requires this for its guests.
The long-term strategy is to grow both its owned and managed realestate segements in all destinations where Soul Private Collection has a significant number of visitors, and to ensure that they have full access to Soul Private Collection value chain and service quality.
Acquired properties will be held through a dedicated real estate subsidiary, but will be managed through the standard Soul Private Collection property management processes.
The acquisition and management of dedicated real estate assets is expected to generate a significant increase in profit margins and contribute significantly to the rapid growth of the Soul Private Collection business.
